Refund policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases. Many of our items are fulfilled internationally and made-to-order, which makes returns impractical.

However, we do offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • Your order was lost in transit

If one of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Items confirmed as damaged or defective
  • Orders confirmed as lost in transit

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping & Time Delays

Orders that qualify for free shipping may be fulfilled by international partners. These orders require processing time before shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10-22 business days, depending on location and carrier.

Please note:

  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or international transit are outside of our control
  • Shipping time does not include processing time
  • Refunds are not issued for delays once an order has shipped

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
